Jewelry for sale at Stadelmann 1972

The recording process:

1. You bring one or more pieces of jewelry to our store at Marktgasse 29.
2. After an initial assessment, a form with our conditions is filled out and signed together with the customer.
3. After you have handed in the jewelry and received a copy of the form, the piece(s) of jewelry will be professionally checked several times by experts in our laboratory.
4. As soon as our experts have evaluated all the pieces of jewelry in the dossier (takes approx. 2-4 weeks - depending on the workload), we will contact you and inform you of the sales prices and the amount that will be paid to you after the sale of the entire dossier.
   At this point you can give us the 'OK', after which the process will continue. If you would like to take back your jewelry, you can do so for a fee (basic fee CHF 20.00 plus CHF 5-100 per piece by gemstone).
5. If we receive your 'OK', the pieces of jewelry will be sent to the workshop for refurbishment, pearl/stone necklaces for re-stringing and possibly for repair (any chargeable repairs will be deducted from the payment amount, but will also be included or mentioned in the contact under point 4).
6. The jewelry is ready for sale after being refreshed, approx. 2-4 weeks (depending on capacity), and is entered into our system.
7. Your jewelry will be exhibited and presented to interested customers, as well as displayed in the shop window (exhibition combination changes after approx. 2 weeks, selection for digital exhibition at random). At the time of sale, customers are offered packaging (box / hand-sewn bag), transport bag (made of paper) and A5 receipt on high-quality paper, all of which are included in the commission.
8. As soon as all the bijoux in the dossier have been sold (max. 2 years), we will contact you to close the dossier or to determine the method of payment (mainly bank transfer).
